ExactStack

The ExactStack counting system is designed to function with all products printed by web presses in the newspaper and commercial printing industry. It stacks quarterfolds, tabs and broadsheet products with either folded or cut-edge first papers. The ExactStack web printing press stacker incorporates a precision laser counter and PC controlled totalizer to produce counted bundles at the desired preset level. It is portable and built with top quality components including heavy duty side frames, casters with lockdowns, hinged interlocked rear access door, adjustable joggers and belt tensioners to assure many years of dependable service.
